Initialization: All mechanisms are at their origin points. One mold trolley is in the demolding position, and all cylinder sensors are functioning normally. The operator places the workpiece into the mold on the trolley.

Welding Process: The mold trolley smoothly moves the workpiece into the welding position. The cylinders drive the welding copper heads to sequentially weld the mesh connection points. Meanwhile, the operator places the second workpiece into another mold trolley, preparing for the next welding cycle.

Cycle Completion: After completing the welding of one mesh panel, the mold trolley returns to the origin, and the second workpiece is brought into the welding position.
